Blue Fin has some great seafood selections including fantastic sushi to lift you away from the frenetic frenziness. The ambience is a sophisticated warmth that is very W hotel.
After seeing a heart pumping performance, the lobster dish was calling out to us. A 2lb lobster was grilled and served with chived clariied buttered, chili clarified butter and garlic infused clarified butter, all with fresh italian zucchini and baby carrots:
Presented deshelled, the extra shells were stuffed with lush crab meat an baked with a slight Parmesan sprinkle.
Lobster goodness hit the spot.
