It was interesting to see the once heralded Hudson cafeteria, a 3 story high all dark brick room with communal dark wooden tables styled in Arthur's time be turned into a sports broadcasting center! The kitchen now full exposed in the middle, plates are now offered literally cafeteria style: grab a tray and pick up what you like, if you don't see the food next to the description, ask the chef and they'll whip it up.
Interesting concept, since the food affair offers tartare, pizzettes, steak and other food finds.
The classic tuna tartare, big chunky yellowfin tuna with avocado, a dash of soy sauce and sesame seeds, bowled for perfect dipping with crisp wontons:

The flatbread pizza was thin crusted, mozzarella and chanterelle mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and tiny pepperoni pieces, overly topped with mozzarella:

The olives were a mixed assortment of green, salty French, kalamata and meaty oversized ones drizzled with olive oil and bay leaves:

Roasted jalepeños coated with a cilantro dressing were fantatic:

A once favorite foodspot, the change of scene to a sports bar is rather interesting, particularly since it's the opposite crowd the Morgan's group was catering to. Nonetheless, the food options are still tasty and a quick stop over from the Library bar and the Tree Log bar lined with phillippe starck polyurethane louis XIV translucent chairs.
