Charbroiled heaven

Grilling in the sun always brings a smile. Hot roasted peppers, good friends and flames always a good recipe.

This time decided to spice it up a but by trying some grilling.

Bring on the chicken, Rosemary and Spanish olive oil coated, delicious:


Whole corn and bell peppers,,, fabulous.

With some hot jalepeños and barnequed polenta, delicious:


Let's not forget the thyme coated eggplant! Grills to perfection.
