So the pluses: the barbecoa meat, shredded pork cooked in tomatoe based mild pepper sauce. The chicken wasn't a favorite option, although charbroiled, lacked flavor. The cilantro rice had a ways to go, but wholehearted black bean offerings grilled veggie offerings and corn salsas all great options.

Take for one, more salads topped with beef or chicken or even lime coated shrimp. The roasted bowl salad came with roasted zucchini, broccoli, charbroiled chicken on top of rice:

The Guadalajara tacos: shredded pork with chile and a light chipotle sauce were tasty:

With full fresh salsa bar, tomatillo, pico de gallo, habanero and roasted chiles...

La salsa is bringing forward some great competition.
