Mahi mahi primavera

Bring on the mahi! A hearty meaty fish that can be grilled, baked or tossed into a pan.

Sauteed mahi in garlic and turmeric, onions and tomatoes even had the non fish lover smiling:


With a side of roasted thyme coated eggplant, Rosemary and olive oil fragrantly melted the chaos that surrounds daily life:


Burnt baby tomatoes, exploding with flavor. Aubergine delights!
