
Ahi Tartare served with seaweed salad. The chunks are good, seaweed refreshing but needs some taro chips.
There was one time when I sent back an ahi steak because it was overcooked..seared after all is only 1min on each side and should never be cooked throughout. At that time, fresh potatoe chips were requested since the salt and crunch go so well with the raw meaty tuna. They complied, but without hesistation. Well they are now officially part of the dish as part of popular demand!
Moving onto some rolls,the dragon was covered with avocado and eel... A favorite combo, and glazened with a semi sweet teriyaki sauce:

Cooked Unagi, crispified on the outer edge was fantastic.

These little crab rolls topped with tobilko caviar were you're glorfied California roll.. Not a fan of a mess dressed to impress.
Defiantely more of a scene then a scene to feast.

I had sushi tonight too, but I chose Sushi Ota. Will have to try this place out.
