Tarragon topped pizza bites

So who says the French can have all the fun with tarragon? Warm days remind me of picnics on the seine river, with baguette in hand, a tarragon mustard drenched salad and plenty of Brie to make your cholesterol levels peak!

Well back in sun filled SD, the aromatic tarragon can make an excellent topping for a pizza... Espeially one topped with Romano cheese shavings and crispified with some olive oil to burnt baby bottom perfection:

Topped with a tarragon finished garlic pesto, watch out work collleagues ;)

With a fabulous bottle from the cellar

La postale cabernet Sauvignon, a Chilean baby blend with 2 percnt Cabernet franc! Ruby red with an elegant plum ripe palate and spice kick... Baby Watch out... This Chilean French combo will put a little happy into anybody..
