Spicy polenta

Polenta when done right is fantastic, sometimes creamy or grilled with flavorful garlic and olive oil. At other times, it's a big disappointment as it tastes literally of cornmeal.

With a little tomatoe, olive oil and chipotle sauce, plain old polenta can be brought up to a satisfying meal:


Sprinkle a little protein powder and a meal in and of itself.
