Sandwich emporium

We were back at sandwhich emporium, this time trying two different flavors! Shared with a colleague so got to sample the nutty bird: a chicken salad on pumpernikel bread. First off, was a little hesistant. Chicken salads usually imply ground up chicken


mush with lots of mayonnaise and mustard and usually taste nothing like chicken. Pleasantly surprised, big chicken chunks were bathed in a relishy mustard with celery pieces and ground pepper.
