Having been here before (Search the past blogs), the moules a la anciene... A classic mustard cream Sauce with pomme frites:

Th black mussels were steamed open in the mustard cream sauce, good size and hearty. The pomme frites were razor thin shreds sprinkled with herb du provence.. nice blend of thyme, lavendar and sea salt. Hold on a minute! The best part of the mussels is to have the fríes soak up the flavor;

Fantástico! Dipping the fries in the sauce is the best part of the dish!
The tarte au rochobon is a classic dish here: eggs, carmelized onions, bacon and gruyere :

The double salmon salad came out nicely prepared-- a baked salmon slice adorned with a green mixed salad, served with a crostini topped smoked salmon with capers and brussel sprouts:

the german style potatoe salad, vinagry with salmon pieces was nice. The capers and vinagrette paired with the salmon well, the brussel sprouts could have done without.
A nutella crepe With white chocolate ice cream was fabulous. Delicately folded crepe with rich hazenult chocolate nutella, a strip of rolled dark chocolate and sprinkled with powder sugar would have had the diabetic running out the door!:

And lets not forget the fresh bread, soft, warm and crusty served with salt free whipped butter:

After a meal like this, an espresso was much needed:

One of kensington's charms... Good eats at bleu boheme.
