On this occasion, had the venison carpaccio... Thinly sliced venison meat with capers and shredded jicama (?)..
Very nice. A Beet salad With baked goat cheese complimented well:

A basil martini and a salt cured prosciutto topped crostini brought it full circle.


With a fully Open kitchen.. A Concept that i love because you get to see the action upfront and close... As well as inspect the cleanliness, definately a place to round up the herds!
