Welcome wild wild west... Well not exactly. Cowboy star, located in the east village brings the modern western feel to an interior with heavy wooden beams, western country music playing in the background, and cowhide Covered chairs in an earthtone contemporary look.

Creative cocktail lists, meat diahes galore, this is a carnivore's place:



On this occasion, had the venison carpaccio... Thinly sliced venison meat with capers and shredded jicama (?)..



Very nice. A Beet salad With baked goat cheese complimented well:



A basil martini and a salt cured prosciutto topped crostini brought it full circle.






With a fully Open kitchen.. A Concept that i love because you get to see the action upfront and close... As well as inspect the cleanliness, definately a place to round up the herds!
