The interior is a fusion blend of modern lofty architecture but with classical Mexican touches, including iron works, bold colors and a mixed outdoor/indoor sitting area that spills out into the park in front of petco.

The starter was a trio of guacomole, a pumpkin seed topped guac with cojita cheese, a sweet citrusy and jicama blend, an the traditional tomatoe garlic blend:

A mahi mahi ceviche was lemony and tomatoe based, fresh fish:

The chilaquiles verdes were layered strips of tortilla, baked with fresh tomatillo sauce and cotija cheese, with two poached eggs...

Across the table, omelet de huitlacoche (a type of mushroom) came out nicely dressed in a red chili sauce
The food was prepared well, good attention to detail and packed with flavorful bites.

With tequila tasting every first Thursday and $4 margueritas and bloodys on sundays.. The refined presentation of classic Mexican dishes with modern teqniques brings on a great addition to the village area. Be careful as one of their margueritas is the $300 special!
