You enter into a non visible door With only a red neon sign outside. Past a dark little foyer, a red leather bar awaits you. Everything is red: leather walls the lights.
Enter through the double doors into a completely white space: walls lined With beds and pillows, adopting the colors of the alternating LED light System:
There is a performance that occurs, local display of costumed characters and bass thumping mixes spinning in THE background.
None of the food pics came out. You aré served a pre-fixed 4 course meal, of the chefs selection.
The starter was a spinach salad, With goat cheese, mandarín Orange and crispy salty taro root shavings. It was delicious.
A Fish based soup was served Next. It happened to be served in a dog bowl, which wasnt sure i liked. Bread crumbs and oysters floating in the broth, a touch of sea salt would have added the final touch:
The main course was a tenderloin beef strip served With some greens. This accompanoed With an persimmon type ice cream, chocolate truffles and sugar crusted canopy, completed the dinner.
The food was great. On this occassion, the performances have been minimized. I remember their use to be flying trapese artists, aerialists, fire breathers, drag performances and modern Art interpretations of the latest club beat. Massage therapists roamed the floors offering knot releases while you ate in bed.
