Welcome to the oldschiol steakhouse style. The interior always reminds me of classic chicago meat stop but with a martini bar.
Dark interior, wooden panels and charicature pictures of famous visitors lines the walls.
The filet was a monstrous 14 ounce beast that was split in half cooked medium rare, with all the succulent juices dripping from the flesh:

Adorned with wild mushrooms and steamed asparagus. Would have preferred grilled asparagus but that was not an option.
The west coast Gigi salad had pieces of sliced shrimp:

The petite petite was a great selection, complex and spice, and a nice dark opulent ruby crimson color:

Ironically, the filet was more expensive than the bottle!
